Contribution Limits & Requirements

California state law requires us to collect the following information for contributions over $100:

  • • Occupation
  • • Employer name and address

Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited. By donating, you confirm that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that the funds are your own.
